Bad services. The calls and the reception very bad actually out of order. Contact number not working at all ,items ordered online canceled after promotions and the refund is such a battle to get back actually I'm not sure if I will ever get my money back...I have to drive to the store again to make follow up. They selling out of stock items but confirmed after the end of sale or promotions.

Actually it is Toms Rivonia but there is no option. Bought a Epiphone Starling Acoustc Guitar from them in October 2023 with a year warrantee, 5 months in, and the bridge came loose. I returned the guitar and heard all kind of stories except that the bridge was glued on to a painting surface. The Mr big Santhan Reddy sent me an e mail adise me they will fix it and let me know when it is ready. Meaning they will re - glued it to the painting surface and in 5 months time the same scenario will occur, therefor I refused a repair. Going for 4 weeks now arrogant Mr Reddy hasn't refund me and don't answer my call I made today. Now arrogant Mr Reddy, if there is no feedback on my refund by Wednesday 12/03/25 - I will forsure see you in court. I had bad experience with Toms Rivonia since the day of purchase for action and intonation set up. They are a useless bunch to deal with - think twice before you deal with them. Cheers!

This company sent through a quotation on the 20th of February 2023 that is valid for 7 days. As I wanted to pay the invoice on 21 Feb 2023 something told me just to check if its actually still available it was not (this is after sending 3 emails and till now still no response ) , i phoned the company and they gave me Nelson’s contact number, I contacted him and he said he will look into it and give me a call back. Jabulani then contacted my partner saying there is one in stock and he will open it up on the online shop as well as add the cover as this was not in the shop. Really they did open it up to say there is one in stock and i could even add the bag! As I made payment and received my confirmation email literally not even 5 minutes after all that they phone to say it is out of stock. Now my question is why go through all that trouble to open it up to get payment when you are fully aware you have no stock to sell?! I mean really?? It is horrible service and good luck to anyone wanting to buy from them.

I purchased a bunch of studio monitors from their website on black friday. The speakers was and still is clearly marked as pairs but they delivered them as singles to me. As much trouble trying to make contact with Toms Braamfontein the lady tells me that is was an online error. Why couldn't you guys tell me this before dispatching my order. Now their phones don't work and the lady in question does not reply to my emails. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND STOP FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

Brilliant service. They really go the extra mile and treat like you're the only customer. Even when they are extremely busy for black Friday ☺️. Anamika and Thys are the real assets to this business. Bought many times from the online portal, and never disappointed

Could only find T.O.M.S Braamfontein but the review is for the team thou. I have to say your customer service is amazing. Quick response, always helpful and going the distance. Also have to add Anamika Mohan for running the online service like a champ.
