Could only find T.O.M.S Braamfontein but the review is for the team thou. I have to say your customer service is amazing. Quick response, always helpful and going the distance. Also have to add Anamika Mohan for running the online service like a champ.
Got WiFi December 2020 on fixed 1 year contract. All paperwork was done and Telkom did not deduct monthly payments. I even phoned and went in to telkom stores to sort problem out and was told you will start deduction on March 2021. Then I get a double billed statement. Now I got an email that says the account will be suspended. I can't even log in to Telkom profile because its not working even after regeneration and trying to change password because online site can't log IN.I tried everything from my side to set it right but no help or service. SO DEU TO TELKOM'S INCOMPETENCE AND COMPLACENT SERVICE I LOOK LIKE THE MAMPARA HERE. O and by the way your Internet speed aren't close to what you claim
Phoned me and said my loan application was denied. I didn't apply for a loan. Asked lady where did she get my information with which she replied online and going on saying she's just informing me but in the same breath want to sell funeral cover. I asked again where did you get my information? Then she wanted to hang up and I told her to answer my question after explaining to her you don't just find information online and scheme your way through the whole conversation. I'm upset because I believe this company is scamming and taking advantage of desparate and gullible people. I hope the Consumer Council can take action.
<p>I purchased a Honda Brio from BB Honda Zambezi. The letter below is what I posted on their wall after they approved it. They did phone me and apologized and said continuously “ek is jammer jy voel so daar oor meneer”. They offered to polish a mark off the door but you won’t be able to. In the add they claim you can save up to R19 000 so you just pay R131 000 and it retails for R151 000. Well I paid R151 000 so don't see the discount or special. The car already had smash and grab which the car already had and added a cheap radio. The problem that concerns me the most is that the advert on the internet posted a picture of a Honda brio comfort which is FALSE ADVERTISING. When the garage delivered the car they were late causing me to be late for a meeting and giving me no time to inspect the car. I informed Cathy Galetti about a dull mark on the door and nothing was done about it. My plates were also late. Cathy Galetti also confirmed that I will not pay in if I traded the car in. I have it on voice note. I can’t see how that is possible if the worth of the car dropped to R110 000 in February. She also stated that I had a balloon payment on my previous car which was not true. The finance lady also advised to sign a interest rate that is not fixed and stated that it would not go over 14% and it has gone over. In the cars booklet the sales person wrote Honda brio comfort so I would like to know if I'm going to get the price of a comfort when I trade the car in. No one stated that the car was made in India. If I knew that I would not even considered buying the car. I drove a Suzuki Celero a couple of times and it out performs the Brio in all aspects. Never been so disappointed in a car manufacturer.</p>
<p>Contract is terminated and still you take money off my account after agreed upon that nothing will be deducted. If this is not sorted tomorrow I will post all the voice notes of agreement and of the incompetent consultants.</p>
<p>I strugle with network connection and phone calls in all area's. Several months ago I asked CELL C to resolve this problem and it is still not resolved. I spoke to 3 consultants each with different excuses we came to the conclusion that where the consultant said someone will phone to cancel the contract. Never happened. The field technician that was promised never showed up. Two weeks ago I complained again and it frustrates me that a person has to get nasty before you maybe get help. I spoke to the fourth consultant that diverted the problem to me (The Client) the whole time and also giving different excuses. He even stated that it is the client's responsibility to find out if 4G is available my area. After waisting allot of my time the consultant stated that there is a problem with the phone (hand held device itself) after I asked him numerous times "why is the phone working perfectly on Wi-Fi?". He still insists it's the phone. They ate still investigating the problem. How long do you want to take? Also another problem is that I sighned a FIXED CONTRACT and CELL C deducted more money that should have been deducted. Tell me if I'm wrong but I believe it is a direct BREACH OF CONTRACT and FALSE ADVERTISING.
