Poor service

It’s been the worst experience dealing with them just a list of errors. 1st our cartridges were delivered at the wrong address,2nd they gave us cartridge refills ink even after calling them number of time to confirm the product they sent was ink not cartridges they instead.

Had to send the cartridges to Namibia and we received a call that the products sent are not cartridges but ink. Had to make arrangements to bring the items back at our costs. 3rd we ordered 7 they sent us 6.

4th we asked for our refund 2 weeks ago we getting told different stories everyday why they are delaying refunding us. They refusing to take accountability of the transport and taxes we had to pay to send and bring back the cartridges.
