I am deeply disappointed that this business denied entry to my guide dog in training. Guide dogs cannot magically know how to help someone who is blind or visually impaired — they must be trained in real-world environments like shops, restaurants, and other public spaces.
By refusing access, this business is preventing future guide dogs from learning the vital skills they need to give someone independence, safety, and dignity.
Turning away a guide dog in training is not just inconvenient — it is harmful, discriminatory, and immoral. I truly hope this business reconsiders its stance and chooses to support accessibility and inclusion in the future.
And when I posted this review I was sent aggressively rude comments
