Please consider retiring soThis company & Balwin know that my occupancy date was 30 September 2024 but failed to register my property with CoJ to get a title deed on time. Now I am being ******** of R14000 out of my R20000 deposit. The attorneys are blaming Balwin for failing to “submit documents” late and they failed to “notify” that registration hasn’t happen.

I understand that I have signed to pay occupational rent but there is no decency from the law firm & balwin to update that they had issues with registration. I am basically donating R14000 to balwin & not paying the bank because of their sloppiness.

Ofcourse I am angry that I expected to get my R14000 back. Estelle you are unprofessional to think that I would be okay to pay for yours & Balwin’s mistake.
