ZERO STARS. I went to the Goodwood branch for a wheel alignment and suddenly there were broken ball joints and crumbling control arms. They said that they are not able to put everything back together and that I have to wait until the next day for them to get the parts and quoted me R4,000. I spoke to a mechanic at my work and he said that it is BS, so he contacted them and told them to put everything back and we will go and fetch it. He had a look at it and there is NOTHING wrong. This is not the first time that they have done this to the company.
