Its was not a bad experience at all until I tried to call to resolve a small billing issue. The so called manageress hung up 3 times ! I was being completely civil with zero tone or aggression. I merely wanted to explain what I assumed to be a small error of been overcharged by R70. When I went there to try discuss it with the manager she ( Name still unknown because her very strong accent and telephone manor was really bad ) She refused to talk to me ??? You will NEVER see me or my friends there again and I will make it my point to diss this establishment as far and wide as possible. Your people skills are zero and in times like these you should be embracing clientele not chasing them away !
