I logged the return within the cooling-off period under the Consumer Protection Act. At That time the The laptop. You took it the first time and assert it and your report didn’t specify any damage or scratches you rejected because you claim there was no FAulty found on laptop . When it was returned to me after the first assessment, I did not open the package , for your information I did special arrangements as I was at Toyota SA for Training and later I arranged for collection again in the exact same condition.
I reject your claim that the laptop has scratches or that the packaging is not original, as I did not open or tamper with the item at any stage. Those scratches was done by you guys when you assess it.
If this matter is not resolved urgently, I am escalating this matter to the National Consumer Commission and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
Please confirm in writing how you intend to resolve this.
