Do not shop online from Tool Center

I purchased Leather treatment online from Tool Center for 10 x bottles and paid online, after my purchase I received an email stating my order has been received and a mail stating it will take between 3-4 workdays to process the order. After more than a week and a few call's following up (no one seems to know what is going on) I was contacted by someone stating none of the online orders was processed.. technical difficulty's. Sorry excuse, but after very poor service and having to wait up to 14 days for a refund - I hope I receive my refund.. still have not received my refund. I will not recommend anyone to buy online from Tool Centre - Did not receive the items I ordered, and no one knows what's happening , to struggling to get my money back. Best to avoid online shopping from them..
