Do not shop online from Tool Center
I purchased Leather treatment online from Tool Center for 10 x bottles and paid online, after my purchase I received an email stating my order has been received and a mail stating it will take between 3-4 workdays to process the order. After more than a week and a few call's following up (no one seems to know what is going on) I was contacted by someone stating none of the online orders was processed.. technical difficulty's. Sorry excuse, but after very poor service and having to wait up to 14 days for a refund - I hope I receive my refund.. still have not received my refund. I will not recommend anyone to buy online from Tool Centre - Did not receive the items I ordered, and no one knows what's happening , to struggling to get my money back. Best to avoid online shopping from them..

Misleading advertising on website
Website misleadingly claims items as in stock even when tool centre doesn't seem to have access to these items. After purchasing items, there was no communication to indicate that they can't supply the items. After an email, they responded that they would let me know if they can source the items somewhere. I must just wait, no indication of time or even if they can supply the items, they claim to have stock of.

Hopeless
<p>After constantly phoning for more than a month (over 46min and counting) to try and get my order out of them, they still manage to not deliver everything I paid for. Also forget about them phoning you back after promising to do so. Or believing your order has shipped when they promise it has.</p>

No staff has knowledge of my order
On contacting the supplier via telephone, and giving them my order number there appears to be no knowledge of this order. I was supposed to be transfered to Kobus - If I wanted to pay to listen to music I would chose a better tune.
