No communication with the company to ask why a wrong order was delivered and why my latest order has not been delivered

No staff has knowledge of my order
On contacting the supplier via telephone, and giving them my order number there appears to be no knowledge of this order. I was supposed to be transfered to Kobus - If I wanted to pay to listen to music I would chose a better tune.
