Tool & Home on Takelot - No after sales service, we already have your money.

I've unfortunately bought a Metabo saw via Takelot, fulfilled by Tool & Home. The problem with this is that now that something has gone wrong, there's not much recourse for me, as Tool & Home keeps promising to sort it out "this week" and "if the customer doesn't hear from us, he should follow up".

I'm disappointed in not being able to use the saw fully, because a clamp that came with it is defective. I've asked for it to be replaced and, a month later, all I'm getting is promises that it'll happen, eventually.
