Friendly enough staff but rather disappointed in that I have to pay for hosting, after support told me they can help me transfer my settings etc. only to find out that no, they can't, I have to do everything myself anyway. So now I've prepaid for a month of hosting while I cancelled within minutes as I found out I have to migrate everything myself anyway and their setup is very confusing.
Once again, as has now become the expectation, FirstShop delivered excellent customer service. I am really happy with how I'm kept informed about what's going on, even if something is delayed, I know exactly what's going on all the time. The staff are really friendly and helpful and every experience I've had with FirstShop over a few years now has been a pleasure.
Makro deliveries are a mess, as is their so-called customer service. I'm so fed-up with trying to get them to deliver at a reasonable time, I'm giving up on Makro now. Once again, I place an order, go through the trouble of scheduling it for Monday, even get confirmation from Makro that yes, Monday is the delivery date. Sunday morning the courier phones, they have my order and want to bring it. What's the point of scheduling then? Now my items are sitting in a truck in the sun somewhere for a whole day. Nicely done Makro - what a fantastic way to show me you don't give a **** about customers.
Once again, shopping at Makro was just super easy and simple. It's great to see things packed carefully and the deliveries were very speedy too. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
Solid technical support for some really dumb questions from my side. I haven't done domain transfers in many years and Peter Hoffman helped me out.
This is the one food delivery service that I use and I'm delighted with their service. The pizzas are always hot and fresh and delivered within a reasonable time.
Apart from comms on deliveries needing some improvement, especially for 3rd-party supp**** goods, I'm quite happy with my Makro service levels.
This is my first Bash order and it's not a bad experience at all. Comms around the deliveries could be better, but overall, a simple, easy experience and I have no problem with buying from them again.
What's the point of calling me, making an appointment with me and then not showing up. Then when I call and ask, I get told they never did this, yet I have reference numbers. What a waste of time!
I know this is going nowhere, but once more, the corporate actions email contains no links. Not even in the email source. Support keeps telling me to click on the link in the email, even though I tell them there isn't a link. This goes back and forth until the corporate action has passed, then it's pointless to keep going around in the same circle.
