Varotec scope

I bought a telescope on an auction site about a month ago. Varotec sniper 4-16×44 sniper bdc, advertising the tacticle reticle,which for my purpose of use was perfect( did buy the scope for a bargain) When the scope arrived it had a complete different reticle as advertised. The owner is full of excuses, keep on telling me it's a bargain and that I must stop to complain. After numerous discussion with the owner,he still refuse to supply the correctly advertised product. My opinion is just to deliver what you advertise and not try to put the blame on the end user. Poor service.
