The products are quality and their Customer Service is EXEMPLARY. The Team Members go out of their way to rectify any deviations and are relentless in ensuring your satisfaction. Really, really professional.

The benchmark in customer satisfaction!
Exceptional service is the standard you can expect. I've only ever had great experience ordering from tools4wood and coupled with fast delivery and excellent after sales support, you can not go wrong with this company. Would recommend them to anyone looking for great prices on everything from Ryobi to Festool!

I've only ever had great experience ordering from tools4wood and coupled with fast delivery and excellent after sales support, you can not go wrong with this company. A happy customer for years and years to come hopefully
I have been using Tools4Wood for years now and cannot give them enough praise. They are professional, courteous and honest. What more could you ask for in an online supplier? I wish more companies had their amazing attitude and service levels.

Great service and prompt delivery
Ordered from them for the first time on Saturday afternoon. We are in a rural location and yet the package arrived on Monday morning. There was a problem. They had only sent half the order. I phoned them and they admitted the mistake, and on Tuesday afternoon I received the balance. Sometimes, your level on customer service is judged more accurately by your handling of errors or mistakes. I am most impressed by this business!
