I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from TooMuchWiFi.
I paid for my installation in full on Monday, 4 May, and earlier this week I received confirmation that my installation was scheduled for Friday, 15 May. The technician arrived, only to tell me that they did not have all the necessary equipment to complete the installation. I was then assured that they would return the following day, 16 May, to finish the job.
Saturday came and went. I called the technician multiple times with no response, until I eventually realised that my number had been blocked. Completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I then contacted customer care, where I was promised that another technician would be sent out before 5pm on 16 May. I even received another confirmation message for the installation appointment. Once again, nobody showed up.
Today, 17 May, I called again asking to speak to the consultant who assisted me yesterday. I was told she would call me back. Surprise surprise — no callback.
What makes this even more frustrating is that TooMuchWiFi heavily advertises “excellent service,” yet my experience has been the complete opposite. Poor communication, broken promises, technicians who disappear, and absolutely no accountability.
At this point, I am genuinely considering cancelling everything and requesting a full refund because this has been one of the most frustrating installation experiences I’ve ever dealt with.
Customers deserve honesty, communication, and basic professionalism — none of which I have received.
