I ordered R800 worth of goods in mid Jan and have still not received my order, now early Apr. My emails were initially responded to, making excuses about delays, asking for another week to deliver, after which time I could request a full refund. I did so and received no response, or refund. My emails are now bouncing back saying the email address can't be found. There are no products, this is a ****. Plenty of other near identical experiences I now see so hopefully this prevents others from being caught.

If I could give a zero star I would. Ordered online and received nothing. Upon enquiring about the delivery date, I received an email for Wesley's attention. No effort was even made to correct the name of the enquiring person. It is a ****, stay away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This business is a total ****. I ordered a toothbrush and separate toothbrush heads in the middle of Jan. As promised on their website, they promised delivery in 10 days. It is now 18 March and my order has still not arrived. The owner, who only goes by "Teeth Girl" (that alone should tell you all you need to know) only responds to the first few emails to stop you from being concerned. After that all goes quiet and I am still waiting for the order or a refund.

This is an absolute ****. Places my order, paid in full. Was told the courier collected my goods. When I followed up I was told I must be patient if I don't get it by the following week I must contact them for a full refund. Now they don't respond to any queries, via email or messenger. Definite **** unfortunately.

Unacceptable and Unprofessional
Good day I ordered a Toothies toothbrush on 23 January 2024 and paid the price of R409.99 for it. They now advertise the product on their website for R199.99. As per their terms and conditions, delivery is 10 to 15 working days. So from inception of purchase, the delivery should have been on 13 February 2024 (15 working days). I sent en email on 13 February 2024 querying the delivery date and was told there is a delay due to the Chines New Year and I must please bare with them until month end. On 5 March 2024, I emailed again asking for an update and was told that there were issues with the courier company and to please bare with them AGAIN until the end of the week and should i not receive it by the weeks end, I must email them for a FULL refund. Well I am still waiting and today is 13 March 2024. I have emailed them since 11 March 2024 and received no feedback or even a response.
