Top Car Kuruman Poor Service

I recently hit a dear with my car. Got the insurance (King Prize) involve for approval. They looked up for panel beaters in my area and I chose top car because due to their nice workshop they having and previous work they have done for a couple of people. The worst mistake I have ever made. Its been almost 2 Months now my car is still not fixed. I took my car in for inspection the very next week after i hit the dear. The inspection went well so the insurance phone me and told me that I can pay the access to top car and all. So I spoke to them and they told me they need half of the access to order the Parts. An i immediately paid the money Parts have been ordered ever sins. it is now exactly a month and two days that we are waiting. We (me and the Insurance)have been following up but no one gets back to us. We were only looking for a confirmation email or something that states that the parts was ordered. But nothing I am mad as hell If i can choose another Panel beater I will not even think twice. This people does not know how to communicate. I will not recommend anyone to go to this panelbeater.
