Deriv Forex broker have failed me. For something as small as a proof of residence that they are unable to verify with an authentic municipality bill as they state in they picture examples. Now I deposited money into the account and are unable to do anything within the account until I send a Proof of Residence. I have send it but according to them is not valid. Now I want them to unlock my account so that I can withdraw my money but they say I cant withdraw until the Proof of residence has been verified. This is poor service to make me go through all this hassle I don't have time for this. Deriv You should change the method of How your Proof of residence is verified. Because what you show on your picture examples don't work. Remove that pictures because is misleading.
Dealhub is bad. I bought an item from them about a month back. Until today no feedback from them. I ask them 2 weeks ago about my order they only told me its been ordered from an oversee supplier but till this very day still no feedback. I ask again yesterday for any update. Nothing Nada. They can close this website down because it seems like a bunch off Scammers. How many people have lost money due to this. This is unacceptable. I will get a hacker to take down this site. I am not happy. My hard earned money just down the drain. How many people have you guys been robbing. Totally unacceptable.

Good day I recently hit a dear with my car. Got the insurance (King Prize) involve for approval. They looked up for panel beaters in my area and I chose top car because due to their nice workshop they having and previous work they have done for a couple of people. The worst mistake I have ever made. Its been almost 2 Months now my car is still not fixed. I took my car in for inspection the very next week after i hit the dear. The inspection went well so the insurance phone me and told me that I can pay the access to top car and all. So I spoke to them and they told me they need half of the access to order the Parts. An i immediately paid the money Parts have been ordered ever sins. it is now exactly a month and two days that we are waiting. We (me and the Insurance)have been following up but no one gets back to us. We were only looking for a confirmation email or something that states that the parts was ordered. But nothing I am mad as hell If i can choose another Panel beater I will not even think twice. This people does not know how to communicate. I will not recommend anyone to go to this panelbeater. Good day I just got a strange account deducting money from my bank account. The name PMT Honfree deducted R240 from my account. I do not know about this nor did I give permission for this money to be deducted. I want to reverse this transaction because this is a serious matter. Can you please find out who this account belongs to because I don't want this to happen again. Such thing should not happen in such a big bank.

Good day I recently bought an Ipad through online istore with my istore card on a 24 month contract deal. I have made 100% sure that it was bought on 24 month budget on the online purchase. When they deduct my first payment, they have deducted the complete amount of R7999 and not the R372 as per contract agreement from my account leaving my account in the arrears. Now I am struggling to get them to reverse the money in time for me to honor my other debit accounts. They said that they will only fix this next week. Who will pay now for that penalty fees for not honoring my accounts. An this is leaving me now with a bad record against my name. This is unacceptable. Please advise me Very panic customer
