Just fedup with this incompetence
Ordered a dvd from TopCD in March last year and was told 3 weeks till delivery. After a lot of correspondence and fights decided to cancel the order end of last year as I still didn't receive the dvd. Got one sms after the other in the beginning of the year that the dvd had arrived and decided to go and collect it after all. I went there this morning to collect the order only to learn that the dvd has been sent to Kolonnade Branch! Can these people not get anything right?

Apologies for the delay on your order. This order took very long to come in as it was an import and the shipment could not be dispatched until the order quantity was sufficient.
The store sent you an sms on the 22/12/2015 to advise your DVD was in stock.
We received two copies, one we kept for you and the other was sent to our Kolonnade store on the 8th January 2016 for another customer.
As we received no response from you to our sms's and you had cancelled your order we eventually sold the Menlyn copy on the 5 Feb 2016.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
