I contacted Rene from Top Edge Blinds to look at some blinds in my offices, Nick called me and said he would come and see the blinds that needed repair and that he would charge per blind he repaired. He worked on a few blinds and later sent a bill which I immediately paid. A few days later I noticed one of the blinds he repaired was broken so I called him to come back, he said he would but he didn't repair that blind, I said that it was one of the blinds I had called about but we could discuss that when he was here. I called him again two days later and he again said he hadnt repaired that one and then hung up the phone on me. I called the office and Rene said she would speak to him, I followed up with her the next day and she sounded like she didnt care either. I said they should come before Friday or I would take it further - they didnt bother I would definitely not recommend them if you are looking for after sales service They take their money and run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
