Top up insurance

I have a top up insurance with traffic. My car was written off in an accident. Now with pay out of the top up a reducules amount if just over R4719.34 was paid to mfc who did the finance. My other insurance at Hollard did pay the market value. A short fall of about R56 000. Traffic now ckaums that i was under insured as for instance the rafio was not spesied. The traffic policy was taken out at the dealership. The vehicle was as it came from the factory and nothing exstra was fitted. It was a standard factort fitted radio ext. Not even the trafic expert told me that i must specify anything. According to the policy detail the hole shortfall will be paid in case of a theft or written off in an accident. Why when you start to claim all this things come out that you was not award off Gaurdrisk insurance company Chm top-up ALS 11794
