On Friday, June 14, 2024, I noticed a severe issue with a sewer leak in my apartment building. A plumber was then sent to attend to the matter but the leak started again shortly after including one other place too near my building. Despite the urgency of the matter, I had to wait until Tuesday, June 18, 2024, before contacting their office, as no remedial action had been taken by then after the second leak. During my call, I was met with a dismissive and rude attitude from the first lady I spoke with. I tried to explain the gravity of the situation and the inconvenience it was causing, but she was unhelpful and discourteous.
Following this interaction, I was transferred to a second lady. I expressed my displeasure regarding the unprofessional conduct of her colleague and the lack of prompt response to the sewer issue. Unfortunately, the second representative also responded rudely, which only exacerbated my frustration.
