I tell you a story of this people. Everything is a mess here from the Administration office to the on the ground Maintance team.

They use multiple bank accounts on different names for the said Estate Agency. They head ratchet units in dodgy complexes and charge high rates. They use old images of the buildings to lure you into renting/buying their property. They use uns****ed foreigners particularly Zimbabweans to do their painting and they claim is renovations. They do not attend to any of their client/s challenges in the units. They expect you to fix any peroblem you encure in the unit, be it electrical of plumbing, they always come up with ****ty excuses.
