TOP IPTV Poor Service

This streaming service is shockingly poor. The first month works ok and then barely works after that. My attempts to contact them are mostly unanswered or claim that my line speed isn't sufficient which is nonsense as I have a 20Mbps line and works perfectly with all other services. If you ask about what recourse you have if the service is poor the following is their reply: "Top IPTV is not responsible and does not guarantee nor claims any rights to the content. Top IPTV is merely reselling the streams as its available from the service provider. The service provider is providing the streams of all the content as they are available on the internet, provides these links as a convenience and does not endorse the companies or contents of any such links. Top IPTV has not control over, and is not responsible for, and makes no representation and warranty and disclaims all liability with respect to, any such streaming link." They now have my credit card details and have deducted another year of subscription. All of my 8 attempts in April/May to query this have gone unanswered. This is a company that promises a brilliant streaming service and then avoids responsibility when it doesn't work, but are still happy to take your money. Stay away!!
