I BOUGHT A PAIR OF JEANS FROM TOPMAN IN THE WATERFRONT ( V &A WATERFRONT CAPE TOWN) ON THE 2/11/2017 AFTER FOUR MONTH THE JEANS TORN . I TOOK THEM BACK TO THE STORE ON 14/03/18 , I NEVER HAVE MY SLIP , SO I TOOK MY BANK STATEMENT. THE LADY AT THE TILL LOOKED AT THE TEAR AND WAS NOT SURPRISED, SHE ASKED ME IF I WOULD LIKE A GIFT CARD OR EXCHANGE IT FOR THE SAME PAIR , I SAID I WOULD LOVE THE SAME PAIR, GOT THE SAME PAIR WENT TO THE TILL , SHE CALLED THE MANAGER , HE ARRIVED NEVER GREETED, I SAID TO HIM " HI HOW YOU DOING" BAD ATTITUDE FOR A MANAGER , FILLED MY NAME AND DETAILS ON A PAGE , I ASKED HIM IF YOU COULD GIVE ME A SLIP TO SAY THAT MY JEANS ARE BEING EXCHANGE OR SOMETHING TO APPROVE THAT THEY SWOPPED MY JEANS , HE SAID NO , I THREW THE SLIP AWAY , ITS ON ME , SO IF THESE JEANS THAT THEY SWOPPED OUT FOR ME BROKE AGAIN HOW WILL I EXCHANGE IT ??? HE SAID AGAIN I THREW THE SLIP AWAY , I WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW ,WHY HE SWAPPED MY BROKEN JEANS FOR A NEW PAIR IF I NEVER HAD MY SLIP???? AND HOW WILL I EXCHANGE THESE "NEW PAIR " GIVE TO ME ON 14/03/18 FOR A NEW PAIR IF THEY BREAK ?????PLEASE LET ME KNOW TOPSHOP/EDCON OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THIS FURTHER
