"Hot food" not so hot

We are regular customers at this establishment. I am the first person to suggest ordering Tortilla Modern Mexican because their food is really great! Except for the past 2 experiences. My team consists of 15 people, but only 9 of us got our food. Of the nine people that got the food, none of us got the correct orders. No one received nachos. Team members who ordered burritos got beef bowls instead. One team mate Black Beans, Cheese, Corn Fresca, Sour Cream, Pinto beans, Guac as a side, Veg as extra side. The only things correct on this order was the corn. I know that placing a big order can be daunting, but considering the amount of money spent, this is utterly unacceptable
