I ordered a glass lid for my Totai stove in December last year, took them 3 month to finally supply the lid, it arrived today and to my surprise it was not new and will not fit my stove

I ordered a glass lid for my Totai stove in December last year, took them 3 month to finally supply the lid, it arrived today and to my surprise it was not new and will not fit my stove. I have send the correct model and serial number as referance to supply the correct lid.
