Travel scam

So our friends received a free holiday in Cape Town last year July from these guys. The were kind enough to invite us along on this holiday. When the time came to select a destination and books some dates the problems started. On 31 July we tried to make a booking through Toucan travel to go to Magalies Park for Jan 2018. We were told that we can only make bookings in 2018 for 2018. So we decided to wait.

On 02 January we phone them again requesting a booking at magalies park. They told us that they dont have slots available and that we must try again in February. We decided to try and contact Magalies directly to make a booking with the voucher. They informed us that there are no reserved slots and that they supply Toucan with bookings if requested and if they have space available. So we phone Toucan travel again to inform them of this new information. They then came back and said that they need reservations from easy travel. Now i have booked with easy travel before and all they do is link you to other booking websites like bookings.com and Trivago.

These people at Toucan travel have been talking in circles coming up with excuses every step of the way to prevent us from going on holiday. Such a ******* scam.
