Soon after I wrote my previous review, I was contacted by Touch Technologies, apologising for not responding earlier. See below response received on 6 July 2021: ‘Apologies for the last response There was an ordering issue with the supplier I have asked for delivery to be done this week We will follow up every morning and provide feedback Thanks Team Touch’ I had one further response on 8 July and nothing since. It is now 31 August. It is quite clear that this was a delaying tactic and they have no intention of fulfilling my order or refunding my payment. My opinion of the company has not changed, but has only been reinforced. I guess you #WIN some and lose some when purchasing on–line. It is companies like this that make you think twice before placing and paying for an on–line order with lesser known 'suppliers'. Lesson learnt, I will check on hellopeter for reviews first before committing in future.
