Different Day, Same story
Soon after I wrote my previous review, I was contacted by Touch Technologies, apologising for not responding earlier. See below response received on 6 July 2021: ‘Apologies for the last response There was an ordering issue with the supplier I have asked for delivery to be done this week We will follow up every morning and provide feedback Thanks Team Touch’ I had one further response on 8 July and nothing since. It is now 31 August. It is quite clear that this was a delaying tactic and they have no intention of fulfilling my order or refunding my payment. My opinion of the company has not changed, but has only been reinforced. I guess you #WIN some and lose some when purchasing on–line. It is companies like this that make you think twice before placing and paying for an on–line order with lesser known 'suppliers'. Lesson learnt, I will check on hellopeter for reviews first before committing in future.

Total Scam - donate your money to more deserving causes!
This business is a scam! They take orders and payments but never deliver and are uncontactable for any form of follow-up. They reflect 'Samsung Touchtechnology@2020 All Rights Reserved ' on their web page, which gives the impression that they are affiliated to Samsung. Tried to follow up with Samsung South Africa on this, but they show no interest in protecting their brand or offering any assistance in this regard. No surprises then, that Samsung are also rated a 1 on a lot of reviews in terms of customer service!

Touch Technology Online Store is a SCAM!!!!!!!
For all future potential people looking to buy from this online E commerce site, please be advised this Site is a SCAM! You will orde and pay for something you will never receive. I ordered some Wireless Samsung Add-On Speakers for a Sound Bar system which I have never received. There is zero communication from them after numerous attempts to contact someone. Please be warned SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Samsung soundbar acoustic Q60R
I bought the Samsung soundbar Q60R last November 2020 and till today I haven't receive the item. Those guys are scammer. They are now where to be found. The land line is not working the sales person he is not answering my calls

Sound bar not received
I bought the Samsung sound bar 5.1 by Harman Kardon of R7300-00 and i have send the POP to info@touchcompany.co.za, www.touchtechnology.co.za and confirm Guy Vinnicombe .guyv@touchcompany.co.za. i have been calling this no 011 540 0187 and 065 999 1959 and not responding my mails. Guy has been promising that he will come to me.

Sound bar not received

Non delivery of goods
These guys are a scam, I bought a washing machine cash on the 15 Aug online & its 31 Aug I have not gotten my machine. I keep calling them and they promise to call me back. I need my machine not a call, I sent proof of payment. Guy has not called me
