I called 0860 123 999 and my issue was not resolved. I was supposed to get a pay out for 12 months however it was stopped at 10 months, please check and advise
Good morning, So disappointed with the secure chat of My Service Suite, I logged a dispute for a debit order & could not find a solution through self-service. I reached out to an agent, related my story & mentioned that it is for a business account. I was routed to another agent with no explanation & I had to relate the long story again - then the agent Bongi took another 10 minutes to respond. She the routed my query again. I spent almost an hour on this, this is totally unacceptable & time wasting. I might as well go to the branch. Teach your agents to pay attention to detail & read to contextualize.
ABSA insurance is a ****, they always have stories come claim time. Imagine chasing a claim for 3 weeks for feedback, you can't get hold of their agents including their main nor 3rd party suppliers. It is very disappointing

I was ****med by Mr Price, I was featured in their women's days campaign where it was published everywhere that my charity organization had won R5000. I have been sent from pillar to post by Sinethemba Dlamini Social Media Coordinator at some stage she wanted me to send the section 18 letter and I refused since I had not received the money. She has been ignoring my emails since and did not put her contact number in her signature. Such a disappointment from a big company

I have been paying Sanlam since 2017, I had transferred my years of annuity retirement now I am claiming Janine Stevens does not even have the decency to call me. My claim was submitted in December & it is April now I am being sent from pillar to post. I have been calling with no luck but client services is quick to quote ACTS & not call me as a client even after I have called more than 5 times. This is ridiculous & unacceptable
I walked in to Clicks Ravenswood, I couldn't find what I was looking for. Xolani Hlongwane Clicks asked if I need help, he then checked the stock at the back & the item was out of stock. He went on to check other Clicks close by, asked for the particular items to be set aside. Well done for a great service, serving with dedication & patience. Keep up the good work, we need more people in the retail space.
What a horrible experience for us as tourists, on Saturday 1 October we went out to Amazing Kruger View to celebrate 2 of our friends birthday just after 18:00 & we were 5. The manager Petra was walking around checking all tables asking people about the services, she skipped our table & did that 3 times. We told Rennete that it is our friends birthday what does the restaurant offer she said it's just ice-cream & walked away. We saw this at another table that is why we asked, eventually Petra came to our table to tell us we are making a noise this is a restaurant. She said this in a very insulting tone, I told her we don't appreciate her tone & she walked away. We had to leave as a result of this level of disrespect, on our way out I raised it with Petra & took her tone higher was more rude. Said the last time you were her you did the same thing, this is our 1st time there & insinuated that all black people are the safe. It is so heartbreaking to be treated like this in this day & aged. This was a very traumatic experience
This is seriously annoying, I logged a return which was schedule to be collected 19 September. Order was not collected, I emailed & ended up nowhere. I called 4 times this week, my collection was rescheduled for 28 September & this morning I find out it has been cancelled. When am I meant to use these shoes really, hoe hard can it be?
