Sound bar not received

I bought the Samsung sound bar 5.1 by Harman Kardon of R7300-00 and i have send the POP to info@touchcompany.co.za, www.touchtechnology.co.za and confirm Guy Vinnicombe .guyv@touchcompany.co.za. i have been calling this no 011 540 0187 and 065 999 1959 and not responding my mails. Guy has been promising that he will come to me.
