EBUCKS have made themselves absolutely useless, I do not use/ want to use a banking app 3 times a month just to get Ebucks to work, Please fix this issue.
I ordered a microwave from them 2 months ago, mails back and forth, still have not received it. They agreed to a refund, sent the relevant information 2 weeks ago, still waiting.

Okay, so I dropped my phone on the 9th of August 2017. The LCD has stopped working. I then bring it to the service centre at 14th Avenue in Weltevreden Park on the 10th. I had to scan and Email my Proof of Purchase on the 11th. I then get an Email from the ADH Admin and their correspondant saying that my service to have the LCD repaired for free had expired on the 5th of August 2017. Now I can understand refusal if say this was my 2nd repair needed, but it isn't. Or was more than a month that had passed since expiry, but it is only 5 days.

On Tuesday 4th April 2017 I had a debit order bounce that was short by R36 at the time and in the past it has always allowed it to go through, but now it bounces and FNB has the nerve to charge me R100. How does putting the customer further in debit help to get the debit order to go off??

Okay, so 3 years ago I was on Vodacom and I ported to Cell C and all it took from Vodacom was 1 call to convert to prepaid to port and it was done same day. Fast forward to 2nd August 2016 as I was on a data month to month after a contract finishes, Your call center says I must first be converted back to voice. No problem, come to this morning 4th August I phone to convert to prepaid after being converted back to voice, they then tell me I must wait till the 4th of September for the conversion to take place. Now you tell me how Vodacom can do it immediately 3 years ago but currently Cell C takes a whole month???

So...Maropeng phoned on Tuesday afternoon, Still spinning the same lies. He then said he was gonna go look for the recording from the contract and now it has been 3 days. And then I look at my balance check this morning to see that my bill has gone up by another R50 from the original R356 to R407, Total being R606 with R199 for the contract. What is happening over there at Cell C? Please just write it off as your advertising mistake and lets get finished now.

From Darren
He was of no help. Telling me the same thing technical did, I went home and found the catalogue form when (May 2015) I took the contract and nowhere does it say anything about the 5 Gigs being \Peak Data". He then says I should have asked"
