Ordered a chair. It took a while to arrive as, even though they take zapper payments, they only process the order once they have received the funds from zapper which takes about a week. When it arrived, It was uncomfortable and the mechanism was faulty. I called to request a refund, the said no problem and that they would come back to me. A week later I called again, and they said it was in the process and they were just trying to schedule the collection. I accepted this at that time given that we were still in lockdown level 3. However in week 3, when I called again, I spoke to a lady named Kate who, completely unprovoked, started shouting and screaming at me because I hadn't requested the refund via email, and they didn't have my bank details, even though policy clearly states that they would process the refund via the original payment method, and no one had mentioned the requirement for an email in my previous phone calls. I have now escalated to the manager, Nadine. I will update this post once I have received feedback.

i sent my phone in to get repaired a week and a half ago and i have not yet received any updates on whether my phone has been repaired or when it will be ready. A lady on the phone simply told it it will arrive "whenever". I am starting to wonder if i will ever get my phone back? Pathetic customer service. The main reason i bought this phone was for this service. I will definitely not be buying a Samsung product again

I am absolute stunned at the great service received from Samsung ADH. I had less than a month left on my 12-month warranty on a screen when my phone (Samsung S7 Edge) fell and the whole front screen was shattered. I contacted ADH and had to email my proof of purchase as my ADH Registration was still set on my old Samsung S6. I sent the email and phoned back when a very helpful Thandi assisted with the changes and arrangements. My phone was collected by the courier on Monday and received notification on Thursday that my phone has been repaired and that the agent will contact me for delivery. What an absolute pleasure to receive such good service which is quite unexpected in this era. A huge thanks to the Samsung ADH Premium team and Thandi for the superb assistance. <p>I took a samsung s7 edge last year out on contract in September now my screen is cracked and these adh people say my adh expired and it's suppost to last for a full 12months so ja they messed up now I can't fix my screen cause adh on the phone says session expires...</p>

<p>Okay, so I dropped my phone on the 9th of August 2017. The LCD has stopped working. I then bring it to the service centre at 14th Avenue in Weltevreden Park on the 10th. I had to scan and Email my Proof of Purchase on the 11th. I then get an Email from the ADH Admin and their correspondant saying that my service to have the LCD repaired for free had expired on the 5th of August 2017. Now I can understand refusal if say this was my 2nd repair needed, but it isn't. Or was more than a month that had passed since expiry, but it is only 5 days.</p>

I did that around September 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>I unfortunately dropped my phone this morning and called Samsung as well as ADH to get my phone repaired. This was only to be told that the 24 month warranty does not apply to the S7 Edge. Strange since Samsung boasts a 24 moth warranty with no mention of phones that are apparently only covered for 12 months.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this not misleading the public and or false advertising.</p> <p> </p> <p>Iphone next definitely.</p>

<p>My handset went in for repairs on the 2nd of May 2017. On the 9th of May I sent the Call Centre my address as requested. After no response a week later I send a mail and queried the status and were informed that someone would contact me, which never happened. I sent numerous mails with the same reply. When I eventually got hold of a lady called Thandi, she told me that my device, along with others, were stolen from the premises. I was informed that Samsung would replace it with an 7Edge black device. As explained I only bought my Samsung because of the gold colour and expected the same one back. The last reply from Busisiwe was that her manager informed her that I have to take the black device because they can't get hold of another gold one. My problem is that I trusted ADH with my device and would expect in a situation like this to replace my device with the same one that was stolen. I'm innocent in all of this yet I have to settle for something I don't want? I don't think it's fair. I won't recommend or use their services again.</p>
