Order P487875980 placed in the beginning of June 2020 on online shop for 4 items. 1 x Item delivered, 2 x Items refunded as there was no stock (don't know how this works) and 1 x Item has been at the warehouse since 08/06/2020. I have phoned countless of times and the item is still at the warehouse. Ref: RM241300. They are trying to get people to do more business online, but there is no way that I will make use of Fochini's online shop again. Extremely poor experience in every way. If you are selling items online, should you not keep better track of inventory. Just creates more paperwork to do refunds.
Order and payment done in July 2018. After delivery period according to Benna Bok's T&C's, no order received. Requested refund and after all submissions to them and to their attorney, no refund received to date. No response from them either.
I am absolute stunned at the great service received from Samsung ADH. I had less than a month left on my 12-month warranty on a screen when my phone (Samsung S7 Edge) fell and the whole front screen was shattered. I contacted ADH and had to email my proof of purchase as my ADH Registration was still set on my old Samsung S6. I sent the email and phoned back when a very helpful Thandi assisted with the changes and arrangements. My phone was collected by the courier on Monday and received notification on Thursday that my phone has been repaired and that the agent will contact me for delivery. What an absolute pleasure to receive such good service which is quite unexpected in this era. A huge thanks to the Samsung ADH Premium team and Thandi for the superb assistance.
