I’ve been in contact with Samsung regarding the replacement of the rubber in my washing machine for two weeks and I’m still waiting for someone to come see to the problem. After numerous phone calls I’ve been promised on more than than two occasions that a technician will phone me back on the same day to schedule a time. I’m still waiting. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
Worst service ever experienced. Changed contact number 3 times in 3 weeks yet still get OTP sent to old number. After numerous calls we were told that OTP department would contact us to change it and a week later still waiting for it to happen. Each time we phone the consultant gives us another story and advise us that a ticket will be escalated. The credit card was upgraded 3 weeks ago yet no transactions can be done online. It’s ridiculous
Riaan Pietersen is part owner of Blue Oceans Consulting. We are currently in the process of contacting all financial and brokers companies and inform them of the status of his company dynamic. He employes people and fails to pay them their salaries. I find it utterly disgraceful that you get companies that take advantage of their employees
<p>My handset went in for repairs on the 2nd of May 2017. On the 9th of May I sent the Call Centre my address as requested. After no response a week later I send a mail and queried the status and were informed that someone would contact me, which never happened. I sent numerous mails with the same reply. When I eventually got hold of a lady called Thandi, she told me that my device, along with others, were stolen from the premises. I was informed that Samsung would replace it with an 7Edge black device. As explained I only bought my Samsung because of the gold colour and expected the same one back. The last reply from Busisiwe was that her manager informed her that I have to take the black device because they can't get hold of another gold one. My problem is that I trusted ADH with my device and would expect in a situation like this to replace my device with the same one that was stolen. I'm innocent in all of this yet I have to settle for something I don't want? I don't think it's fair. I won't recommend or use their services again.</p>
