Seafood Restaurant - not so good seafood

We went there on our date night, ordered oysters and asked for oyster shots with them - they don't even know what that is and do not have the tequila to make it - being a seafood restaurant you would expect them to know that that combination is an absolute winner. We ordered steak and prawns, steak was fantastic and delish, but the prawns were over cooked and tasteless - really a seafood restaurant? Waiter was great, place is stunning.
