I've had a few problems with star graded accommodation and the feedback if any are just shocking. By sending an email Karabo who is at the top of the grading council did not help as jy he just pass it on to Jody who does nothing.
I emailed Mr Karabo on the 14 Feb regarding star graded accommodation that are not up to standerd and got a email back on the 15 Feb telling me that I must give them three days to look into it and report back. Its the 27 Feb today and I've not heard back from them.
It's shocking to stay at a 3 and 4 star graded place and find it in a shocking condition.
