I do like to inform you about the complaint agains TourvestTravel and HomesweetHome.co za for the facts i did try to book my accomodation the same day as the voucher expired but still were not able to redeem the Voucher as its not deducting the R4500 voucher that i have won on the HomeSweetHome.co.za websuite.. Did send plenty emails and also contached the numbers provided but no luck (No Answer at all) from the 28th October until 5th November.. Your company Service and Assistants are useless and very unproffessional in all ways on the 5th Nov i did only received an email from Louise Kritzinger Operations Manager " Sorry your voucher did expiry on the last day of October 2022.."
