I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with TourVest, and I must say, it was nothing short of appalling. Last year, my family and I were excited to book a trip to Thailand after stumbling upon a tempting promotion for Nedbank private clients. However, what ensued was a series of frustrating events that left us deeply disappointed. Upon contacting TourVest to book our trip, we were informed that the advertised promotion was already sold out. After further investigation, it became clear that the agency had made a mistake in promoting the deal. While mistakes can happen, it's how a company addresses them that truly matters. Unfortunately, TourVest fell short in this regard. The operations manager, Beneat Shilubane, reached out to apologize and acknowledge the error made by the marketing team. She promised to rectify the situation by offering us the same deal for the next school holidays in March. However, this gesture of goodwill quickly turned sour. Instead of honoring their promise, TourVest conveniently provided us with a quote for dates that did not align with the March school holidays, and to add insult to injury, they inflated the price by approximately R2000 more than the advertised deal. When I attempted to clarify my preferred dates (28th March - 5th April), I was astounded to receive a quote that was double the original advertised price. Such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue and seek accommodation from TourVest, they have shown a complete lack of effort and accountability. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and fail to uphold their promises. In conclusion, my experience with TourVest has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. The misleading promotions, lack of accountability, and disregard for customer satisfaction are indicative of a company that does not value its clientele. I, for one, will never recommend TourVest to anyone and will actively discourage others from engaging with them.

Tourvest did not pay the hotel we booked through Discovery Travel. This delayed our check-in time with more than an hour, payment still pending. We made and paid for this a month prior to arrival. When the receptionist tried to phone the after-hours contact, the person was very rude to him.

I was waiting for Tourvest Travel to communicate with me about my travel arrangements the day before my trip. I had to call their offices to arrange my shuttle and I did not receive any response from them. I only received a confirmation message today of my trip that I will be picked up at 07:00am. My shuttle only arrived at 08:10am, thus making me late for my meeting. The service from the driver (Kagiso) was fantastic and he apologised profusely for the delay and the lack of communication from their head office. The trip was comfortable and safe. I was able to read my documents in peace and without any interruptions. Thank you Kagiso for such a wonderful experience, all I ask is that your office gets their act together and when it comes to planning a trip, not to do things last minute. 👍🏾

I was waiting for Tourvest Travel to communicate with me about my travel arrangements the day before my trip. Good day HelloPeter I do like to inform you about the complaint agains TourvestTravel and HomesweetHome.co za for the facts i did try to book my accomodation the same day as the voucher expired but still were not able to redeem the Voucher as its not deducting the R4500 voucher that i have won on the HomeSweetHome.co.za websuite.. Did send plenty emails and also contached the numbers provided but no luck (No Answer at all) from the 28th October until 5th November.. Your company Service and Assistants are useless and very unproffessional in all ways on the 5th Nov i did only received an email from Louise Kritzinger Operations Manager " Sorry your voucher did expiry on the last day of October 2022.." an employee of transnet by the name n.p zikalala traveled to the airport on the 6th august... when i was at the robot he drove into me... he got out refused to exchange details.. just said my car does not have any damage and he drove a rental. he just got into car and drove off..i phoned some of the rental car hire at airport and avis was the one reg hw76jj they said he was with tourvest travel and they hired the car but touvest travel refuse to give me contact details... i have been stuggling to get hold of mr zikalala.. but then found out he was working at transnet... apperantly zwelie at tourvest travel left msg for zikalala but no one is responding.. i went to police station and reported the incedent but no one is getting back to me regarding the repair on my vechile... i was standing at the red robot when this happened touvest travel 0877420129 has been no help at all neither avis 0113151641
