Tourvest did not pay the hotel we booked through Discovery Travel. This delayed our check-in time with more than an hour, payment still pending. We made and paid for this a month prior to arrival. When the receptionist tried to phone the after-hours contact, the person was very rude to him.
It baffles me how other courier services manage to complete timely deliveries other than Aramex. This is the third day in a row that my order is ‘out for delivery’ and is then rescheduled due to the driver ‘running out of time’. Call centre just makes excuses without providing a solution.
