I checked in on the 17/07/2023 o was informed that since Saturday the 15/07/2023 their interface is not working so they can't provide room key to guests so you need to wait for a security guard to escort you to your room using his master key,so even if you want to order food or go down for breakfast then you have to wait for a security to come with you to your room,same if you leave the hotel and when you return you must wait for the security to open the door to the room for you,service is apathetic!
