Good day - to whom it may concern.
I write with total disappointment with the service I received from the person I was asked to contact for my number plates after purchasing a fairly new Toyota Corolla.
I called the person (from Toyota Centurion) and he was terribly rude to shout at me and have a total communication breakdown just to deliver the number plates with the disc and ensure that we have the correct rivets put on which were the silicone coated head rivets which was requested from the onset.
I was rudley referred back (by Toyota Centurion) to the Toyota Dealership where I had purchased the Car.
Upon my follow up with the Dealership from where I had purchased the car, this was supposed to have been done last week already and I received no communication from (Toyota Centurion) with the required arrangements until I had volunteered to call to facilitate with the extremely rude personnel from Toyota Centurion..
I tried calling the personnel again and he refused to accept my call either from whatt's app nor from a different number during working time.
I left VW (where supposed to purchase a Polo) to purchase the Toyota brand and now starting to really regret my decision.
