<p>Took my car in for service last year at toyota Market Culemborg and they forgot to stamp my service book. I called in today (21 July 2017) asking if they can stamp it. The lady who answered my called said "oh why are you only realising now?". I do not think it is her responsibility to tell me what to do, when their staff did not stamp my book. I have the right to come in anytime to get my book stamped as my service record is clearly on their system. Please train your staff properly because this is not the first time I heard bad customer service from Market Culemborg. Do something.</p>
