Corne signed an OTP for a Toyota Prado TX, paid a deposit, arranged to fly down to Cape Town to fetch the car tomorrow, just to be called by the DP of the branch, telling him that the sales agent gave too much discount, and that if Corne is not willing to pay more than the OTP price, that the deal would be cancelled. There is a signed OTP, this is wrong! Plane tickets have been paid etc!

I confirm that on advice from Toyota I went to 4x4 Megaworld yesterday to enquire whether they are able to install the lighter for the vehicle. They informed me it will be possible but that it will void the warranty on the vehicle. I find it unacceptable that I had to book my car with Toyota to only be advised later during the day that it will not be possible to fit the lighter as per my request. Toyota had the vehicle for a full day for no reason at all. I should have been informed of this when I purchased the lighter initially. I have furthermore discovered since leaving the premises that it appears that Toyota did attempt to fit the light but only realized after the fact that it is not possible. I say this because the dashboard has not been put back properly as it is skew and not properly fitted. The Bluetooth system also started cutting out after the vehicle was left with Toyota yesterday. I find this level of service to be unacceptable. Not only did Toyota sell me a part that is not capable of being fitted to the vehicle, but did Toyota also refer me to a fitment center which would have resulted in the voiding of the warranty of the vehicle. To make the situation worse Toyota did not even go through the effort to ensure that the dashboard was properly put back in the vehicle. This is really poor workmanship from your branch. I expect that Toyota to refund me the purchase price of the lighter immediately. For what it is worth I will escalate my concerns with how this matter was dealt with by Toyota Culemborg as far as possible. I am really disgusted with the level of service I received.

after a shaky end to my car service in May 2019, Toyota stepped up and resolved the issue with much grace and dignity. then in July they once again came to my rescue and sorted another car problem with compassion and no charge either. I am forever grateful to ALL those who had a hand in restoring my FAITH in Totoya (just mention I have been a client of Toyota for over 30 years, and will now continue to remain a client of Toyota for many years to come). thank you from a grateful Viv

after a shaky end to my car service in May 2019, Toyota stepped up and resolved the issue with much grace and dignity. then in July they once again came to my rescue and sorted another car problem with compassion and no charge either. I am forever grateful to ALL those who had a hand in restoring my FAITH in Totoya (just mention I have been a client of Toyota for over 30 years, and will now continue to remain a client of Toyota for many years to come). thank you from a grateful Viv

I was convinced that I had a problem with the cooling system in my 1998 Rxi, so took it in last week for them to have a look at. They checked everything out and found that there was no problem at all with the cooling system. I don't know how long this process took but there was no charge and I was very grateful for their overall service and professionalism. My car has been serviced there for many years and I've always had a good experience.

I took my car to Toyota Culemborg for a service. Received the dreaded call to say there are things wrong with car, as one has come to expect. then received a call at 14h00 to say my car is ready and I can collect it. I told the person I finish work at 16h30 and would be the re by 17h00. I was then told they close at 16h00 . How is any working person meant to get there before 16h00, and worse not to be told when bringing your car in for the service. Your website says under hours, service center closes at 17h30. Then when driving your car back to work you discover all your parking money coins in your ashtray and your chewing gum has been stolen... Now I know its only chewing gum and R30 in small change, but its my small change... and I should not have to even remove chewing gum from my car... This is completely unacceptable.... Yes you got a sign saying remove your valuables, but REALLY , do your staff really have to steal ....... Its so not acceptable..... Wont be taking my car back to your Toyota again....

<p>Took my car in for service last year at toyota Market Culemborg and they forgot to stamp my service book. I called in today (21 July 2017) asking if they can stamp it. The lady who answered my called said "oh why are you only realising now?". I do not think it is her responsibility to tell me what to do, when their staff did not stamp my book. I have the right to come in anytime to get my book stamped as my service record is clearly on their system. Please train your staff properly because this is not the first time I heard bad customer service from Market Culemborg. Do something.</p>
