Can a Cannon technician please make contact. We have a G3010 and for some reason we cannot print documents from our phone but we can print and do al the other functions.

Afternoon, the kick-off of case ASZA-2303-02438 was perfect, but unfortunately the service after the case was reported has been the complete opposite. It has now been a month since investigation was lodged, and I haven’t received any feedback. It was said during the first call that it would take 5 to 10 work days to close the case but clearly no I attention was given. Please respond
