Why is it that Mr D tempt us with vouchers that never work? So you get tempted by a R100 offer and when you try to redeem the voucher there is always an error of some kind. Or a special offer code is shown for a restaurant, but the limit has always been reached. This is false advertising. Only reason for two stars is because of the friendliness of the delivery persons.
Very poor customer service and communication. Our internet has been down since early this morning. Not a peep from RSAWeb. I had to call and hold on for 20 minutes before I got to speak to someone, only to be told that it is an Openserve outage. No eta on a repair. So Openserve have worked on the fault the whole day and RSAWeb cannot be bothered to inform their clients about the outage or keep us informed of progress/expected time for repair. This is the third day this month without internet, not that RSAWeb will refund me 10% of my monthly charge.
I have been informed by Payfast that Lectron Home aka lectronhome.com is no longer allowed to use Payfast as a payment gateway due to unresolved complaints. This is obviously a scam operation so be warned.
Be very careful of dealing with lectronhome.com, aka Lectron Home or Lectron Home of Camera's. They are running a scam, barely disguised as a business. Their mo seem to be to sell an item and, when further action is threatened due to non-delivery, to send a vastly cheaper and inferior item just to keep you quiet. I ordered a Nikon lens at R4999.99, yet when I finally received my order after threatening them I received a much cheaper and inferior quality Sigma lens in poor condition. Good luck getting Payfast to assist with a refund as they seem only to be interested in their fees. Their landline number does not exist and the address is in all likelihood fake. Do not let the Google ads and Payfast and Paygate payment options fool you.
We had a wonderful experience buying a used vehicle from Culemborg Toyota. Thank you Sam and Lesley!
This company is a scam. Beware!! They defrauded us of R630 for essential oils which never arrived. Their website is www.loessentialoils.co.za
The owners of Steers and Debonairs in Herm**** are ripping customers off. Good example, when Wacky Wednesday arrives, all of a sudden the buns are tiny and the patties smaller/thinner than usual for a Prince Burger. Same at their Debonairs where we recently ordered pizza that had almost no cheese on them. Complaints to Steers head office has no effect.
We have visited the Clicks in the new Whalecoast Mall on a number of occasions and everytime we go there we find that some items don't ring up at the advertised prices, especially when they are on special. Come on Clicks, we have supported you for decades, get your act together or we will take our business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.
We have visited the McDonald's drive through in Herm**** twice and both times we were charged higher prices than advertised on the posters. The assistants just shrugged their shoulders and ignored my request to pay the advertised price. I understand that prices increase but at least have the courtesy to have the correct prices on your posters.
