Refund of my money after bought a broken shock

I did bought a airshick for my mercedes s500 W220 from Toysan Extic Spares in pretoria. I transfered the money from my bank account off R5000 into their account. I payed for the coerier cost to bring the shock to me. After i take it out of the box i did take a picture of it and send it to him to shoe him that it was also fixed. I tested the shock and it was also broken and i did send it back on my expensice.He let me know that i must send the original slip back that he can refund me. I did send it oalso back by coerier also on my expensice.He send me a mesage on whatsup and told me he is buzy wit the refund. It is already from November 2020 and today i did not recieved my refund off R5000. Please help me to solved this problem that i can get my money back Thanks Andries Meyer
