Good Day,
I hope you are doing well. On the 17th of September, I bought a car engine from Toysan All Spares in Pretoria for R13 500. Two days later, when the mechanic was about to fit in the engine, he discovered that the engine was damaged, and we went to the store with the mechanic to negotiate. The store steered us to the head office, where they refused to refund us and forced us to take another engine that was also not in good condition. The mechanic tried to reason with them, but after many attempts, we asked for a refund, and they refused, and they threatened me. They said I could report them and go to the police, but I won't get my money back.
After all our exchange of words, I am no longer comfortable taking any engine from them, and I therefore demand a refund. I hope you will be able to assist me urgently, as this car is the only source of mobility for my family.
